The colors in Lake Placid are absolutely AMAZING right now. My teamates who are east-coasters claim that it's not even peak color season yet, but i'm plenty impressed.

I'm not going to lie, we've used the gorgeous scenery as an excuse for several impromptu photo shoots. That's ok, it doesn't mean that there's not still lots of hard training going on too. Getting strong, getting tough, getting fast! (and looking darn cute doing it)
